2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the OffGrid AI Toolkit. By shopping on our website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to make the purchase.

3. Product Use and Restrictions

The OffGrid AI Toolkit is designed for personal use. You agree not to:

  • Copy, clone, or duplicate the software or AI models

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or alter the USB drive or its contents

4. System Requirements

The product requires:

  • 8GB RAM or more

  • USB 3.0 or higher

  • Approximately 50GB of free space

  • A modern browser

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets these requirements. Lack of compatibility does not make the product defective.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, cancel orders, or limit quantities if necessary.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day refund policy. To qualify:

  • The USB drive must be returned in original condition

  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with

  • The return must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

  • You must obtain an RMA from our support team before sending it back

Products that show signs of duplication, extraction, or misuse are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective.

8. Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered completed orders.

All software, models, documentation, images, branding, and materials included with the OffGrid AI Toolkit are owned by OffGrid AI Toolkit. No part of the software or content may be copied, extracted, or redistributed without written permission.
