Windows Core currently ships on a SanDisk Ultra Fit USB-A drive. Mac Core ships on a SanDisk swivel drive with USB-C connectivity.

View Map Edition ↗One order includes one selected build. Windows software does not run on a Mac, and the Mac software does not run on Windows. A computer is not included. Both drive sizes have space left for your own files; the amount varies with the preloaded software and maps.

CHECK BEFORE ORDERING
A compatible powered laptop or desktop is required. Faster hardware and more available memory can improve your experience.

| Processor | For Windows, a modern CPU from roughly the last four years is recommended. Mac requires an Apple M-series chip. Model loading and response speed vary with your processor and available memory. |

Optimized and Advanced are AI modes, not separate product editions. On a Mac, use Apple menu > About This Mac to check the chip, memory, and macOS version. Optimized is supported on 16GB Macs; Advanced requires more memory as listed above.
YOUR FIRST SESSION
Follow the instructions supplied with your drive to open the application and complete first-run setup. Allow the selected AI model to finish loading before you send your first question.
Start in Optimized mode. Describe a practical problem with the details you know, or choose a ready-made prompt and make it your own.
Review the answer, ask follow-ups, and save what you want to keep. You can add personal reference files whenever you choose.
Follow the User Guide ↗A local AI model uses your computer's resources. First launch and switching models can take longer, and some answers will be slower than a large online service.
The AI can help with many subjects, but it can make mistakes and is not continuously updated with current web information.
Map Edition provides installed reference data. It does not show live traffic, closures, weather, changing conditions, or turn-by-turn navigation.

Orders normally process within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery is 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Transit times are estimates.
Shipping is free within the U.S. locations covered by our policy. International shipping is not currently offered. A tracking email follows shipment.

Keep the drive and its original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective or nonfunctional. Refunds follow receipt and inspection under the policy.
Read the full return policy ↗No. The included models already have broad learned knowledge. You can ask questions immediately after first-run setup and model loading. Your Knowledge Base is an optional library of saved answers and personal references.
The supplied offline software runs on a compatible computer. Online mobile access is a separate feature that requires internet. A phone alone does not replace the computer needed for the offline ToolKit.
No subscription or cloud account is required for the included offline ToolKit. Follow the supplied first-run access instructions for your drive. Optional online features may have their own access steps.
Local AI questions and supported photo analysis run on your computer. Optional online tools process what you submit online, and the store processes order and support information. Saved files and local application settings can remain on your devices; offline does not mean that a drive is encrypted or that no local records exist.
Yes. Learn, practice, solve everyday problems, and get comfortable with your computer and ToolKit now. While connected, you can also create illustrated guides with Image Studio, then review and save them for later offline use.
