Your use of the ToolKit.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply to purchases from offgridaitoolkit.com and use of the OffGrid AI ToolKit supplied by OffGrid AI LLC ("OffGrid AI," "we," or "us"). By purchasing or using the ToolKit, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter this agreement. If purchasing for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

If you do not agree, do not continue using the software. Contact support within the applicable return period. Our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy also apply to the activities they cover.

2. What you purchase

The product listing and selected variant identify what your order includes. Core Edition includes the offline ToolKit on a 64GB drive. Map Edition includes the Core features plus installed U.S. map data on a 128GB drive. Both include Optimized and Advanced AI modes.

Choose the separate Windows or Mac build for your compatible computer. The builds are not interchangeable, and a computer is not included. Review computer recommendations before ordering. Compatibility and performance depend on the computer, operating system, available memory, and selected model.

Your one-time purchase does not require a subscription for continued use of the included offline ToolKit. It does not guarantee every future product, update, online feature, or legacy service. Any additional offer is governed by the details stated when it is offered.

3. Ownership and software license

You own the physical drive you purchase. Ownership of the drive does not transfer ownership of OffGrid AI's proprietary software, branding, or third-party components. The proprietary ToolKit software is licensed to you on a non-exclusive basis under these terms.

You may use your purchased build on an unlimited number of compatible devices that you personally own, for personal or business use. This does not grant permission to share the proprietary ToolKit with other people, pirate it, redistribute it, or resell it.

Copying to your own computer: you may transfer the complete product folder to your own compatible computer for your own use if you know how to preserve the required files and folder structure. This is permitted, but is not a setup or workflow specifically supported by OffGrid AI. Support guidance is based on using the supplied drive. Copying only an application file may leave out required models, data, or other resources.

Other copying or duplication of OffGrid AI's proprietary ToolKit is not permitted. This restriction does not prevent you from copying or backing up your own Knowledge Base files, and does not restrict rights granted separately by applicable third-party licenses.

You may save and export your conversations, notes, and personal Knowledge Base files. You are responsible for having the rights to any documents, photos, or other material you add or submit.

4. Third-party components

The ToolKit includes components and AI models developed by others. Their copyright, attribution, and license notices remain applicable. The licenses and notices supplied with those components govern your rights to them; nothing in these terms removes rights granted by their applicable licenses.

Current Gemma 4 models are provided under the Apache License 2.0. Earlier Gemma models have different terms. Refer to the notices for the actual components included with your drive. OffGrid AI does not claim ownership of the underlying third-party model weights or open-source runtimes.

OffGrid AI independently develops and supports the ToolKit. References to SanDisk, Google, Windows, Mac, or other brands identify products or compatibility and do not imply endorsement.

5. Appropriate use

Use the ToolKit lawfully and respect other people's rights and privacy. Do not redistribute or resell OffGrid AI's proprietary software without permission, misrepresent an altered copy as an official release, or remove applicable license and attribution notices. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to proprietary components and only to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for your use of the ToolKit and its outputs, including independently checking information before acting on it. Keep your drive and personal files secure, and maintain appropriate backups of important personal material.

6. AI-generated answers and images

AI can produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. The Intelligence Layer guides response behavior but does not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or a particular result. A confidence statement is not proof that an answer is correct.

The ToolKit is an informational aid, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency services. Do not rely solely on its answers or image analysis for decisions involving health, safety, identification, or other consequential matters. In a life-threatening emergency, seek emergency help.

Review generated guides, diagrams, labels, and instructions before relying on or sharing them. You are responsible for the way you use or publish generated material. The ToolKit does not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights.

7. Offline map data

Map Edition provides installed reference data covering the United States. Available detail and layers vary by location and release. Place names, roads, trails, boundaries, water features, and other records may be incomplete or outdated.

Installed maps do not provide live conditions or turn-by-turn navigation. A map entry does not establish current access, legal permission, safe passage, or drinkable water. Verify locations and important details using appropriate references and observations. Use suitable backup navigation resources for field travel.

8. Offline operation and privacy

When using the included local AI, questions and supported photos are processed on your computer rather than submitted to a cloud AI service. The ToolKit does not require a cloud login or subscription to use its included offline features.

Offline operation does not mean that no local records exist. Saved Knowledge Base files, application settings, and local recovery or diagnostic information may remain on your drive or computer. Protect access to those devices and do not assume the drive or its files are encrypted.

The online store processes information needed for orders, payments, shipping, and related operations. Support receives information you choose to send. These activities are covered by the website's Privacy Policy, separately from local AI processing.

9. Optional online features and updates

Image Studio, online companion features, online mobile access, and downloading updates require internet. Content you choose to submit online is processed by the applicable services under their stated terms and privacy practices.

Creating an image online does not make the saved result online-only. To use a guide later without internet, save the article and its image as local files and confirm that both open from the drive.

Existing offline features do not depend on downloading updates. Updates may be made available, and connected versions may check for update availability. We do not guarantee perpetual hardware compatibility, indefinite operation of a physical storage device, or uninterrupted availability of optional online services.

10. Shipping, returns, and support

Free U.S. shipping is available as described in our Shipping Policy. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. International shipping is not currently offered.

Our return window is 30 days from the order date, subject to the Return Policy. Contact support for authorization and return instructions before shipping the drive back. The policy explains eligibility, condition and packaging requirements, return-shipping responsibility, and refund processing.

11. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software and AI-generated content are provided "as is," without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or the returns expressly offered under our Return Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OffGrid AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the ToolKit. Our total liability relating to the purchased ToolKit is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limitations apply only where permitted by law and do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

You remain responsible for decisions based on AI-generated content and for protecting your data and hardware from improper use.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OffGrid AI, its developers, and partners from claims arising from your unlawful use of the software, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

13. Governing law and compliance

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You must comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws.

14. Changes, severability, and agreement

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, services, or applicable requirements. The date above identifies this version. An update does not remove rights applicable to an earlier purchase where the law does not permit that change.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms, the applicable order details, referenced policies, and applicable third-party licenses form the agreement for the activities they cover.
