1. Free Shipping Within the United States

All orders placed within the United States ship for free. There are no additional handling or delivery fees at checkout.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories that USPS services.

2. Shipping Methods

We use the least expensive and most reliable delivery method offered by USPS. This helps us keep shipping free for our customers while still ensuring your order arrives safely.

Common services used include:

  • USPS First Class Package

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail (when required due to weight)

The shipping method is selected automatically based on your order.

3. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days

Actual delivery may vary depending on USPS, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Shipping Locations

We only ship within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Any orders placed with an address outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failure to update an address before shipment

  • USPS delivery issues outside our control

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS marks an order as delivered, it is considered complete.

If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with family members or neighbors

  • Look around porches, mailrooms, or secure boxes

  • Contact your local USPS office

If USPS confirms the package is lost, we will work with you to find a solution.
