The OffGrid AI Intelligence Layer

Contact support ↗

Does the ToolKit work without internet?

The included offline AI, supported photo analysis, local Knowledge Base, and installed Map Edition data work locally on a compatible powered computer. Online links, the FieldGuide companion, and Image Studio generation require internet.

Will the same drive run on Windows and Mac?

Each order contains one selected software build. Choose Windows for your compatible Windows computer or Mac for your supported Mac. The builds are different and are not interchangeable.

What computer do I need?

Use a compatible Windows laptop or desktop, or an Apple silicon Mac, with a USB-A or USB-C port matching the supplied drive. We recommend 16GB RAM for Optimized and 32GB for Advanced; Advanced on Mac requires at least 32GB. A modern processor from roughly the last four years is recommended. A compatible GPU can improve performance but is not required. Performance varies with your computer and selected model. Contact support with your model, operating system, and memory if you are unsure.

What is the difference between Core and Map Edition?

Core Edition includes offline AI, photo analysis, ready-made prompts, and your Knowledge Base on a 64GB drive. Map Edition adds preloaded U.S. maps, local search, layers, and saved locations on a 128GB drive. Optimized and Advanced are AI modes within the ToolKit, not separate product editions.

What maps are included?

Map Edition includes preloaded offline maps covering the United States, with local place search and available map layers. Layer detail varies by dataset. The maps work without internet, but do not show live conditions or provide turn-by-turn directions.

Is there a subscription?

No subscription is required to use the included offline ToolKit. Optional online services are separate and require internet.

Can I add my own files?

Yes. Space remains on the drive for your own Knowledge Base files. Available space varies with the preloaded edition and your saved content.

What about shipping and returns?

Free U.S. shipping and a 30-day return policy are included. Contact support for return instructions or questions about delivery.
